An extensive background in the enterprise software, wireless and internet spaces makes her an expert in technology transactions, but it’s Gail’s penchant for inventive thought and technical ingenuity that keeps her following the latest high-tech trends and evolving business models. At Paragon, Gail handles technology transactions for LinkedIn and the mobile group of Yahoo! Inc.
Before joining the team in 2008, she served as an in-house consultant for Netflix, assistant general counsel at Intellisync Corporation (where she led complex, multi-million and multi-year, revenue-generating deals with Novell and Nextel) and vice president, general counsel and secretary at RealNames Corporation. Gail also practiced litigation for several years at Munger, Tolles & Olson in San Francisco and clerked for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. She received both a B.A. with distinction and J.D. with distinction and Order of the Coif from Stanford University, graduating in the top 10% of her class. In her spare time, Gail enjoys reading distinguished contemporary authors like Malcolm Gladwell and Kelly Corrigan. And like any good San Diego native, she knows the secret to making killer guacamole.
